Tier 5 — Digital Site Intelligence

Sentinel Ground — The spatial layer your SOGs describe.

Your Standard Operating Guidelines describe procedures. Sentinel Ground provides the digital site layer those procedures live in — a campus-mapped, protocol-linked intelligence tool that connects your safety documentation to the actual physical environment your staff and first responders navigate.

The Problem

Your SOG describes your campus. Your campus does not reference your SOG.

Every district that completes a Reunification Services engagement finishes with a complete Standard Operating Guideline — a document that describes in detail how each area of each campus functions during each protocol.

That document lives in a binder. Or a SharePoint folder. It is consulted during planning and largely unavailable during an actual incident.

Sentinel Ground maps that document to a digital representation of your campus — so that every decision point in your SOG is anchored to the specific physical location it describes. Staff access it. First responders reference it. Your safety director uses it to run tabletop exercises against actual geography.

Capabilities

What Sentinel Ground delivers.

Campus Digital Walkthrough

A complete digital representation of each campus — rooms, corridors, entry points, staging areas — anchored to real architecture.

Protocol-Linked Annotations

Every node in the walkthrough is tagged to the relevant SRP protocol and the corresponding section of your SOG.

First Responder Access Layer

Secure access for local law enforcement and fire response teams — the same view, the same data, pre-incident.

Tabletop Exercise Integration

Use Sentinel Ground as the live map during tabletop exercises — inject scenarios at specific locations and run decisions against real campus geography.

SOG Version Control

When your SOG is updated, your Sentinel Ground map updates with it. One source of truth, always current.

Reunification Site View

Special view mode for reunification site management — staging areas, parent flow paths, release station locations.

Prerequisite

Sentinel Ground is the Year 2 layer on Reunification Services.

Districts that have completed a Reunification Services engagement have the procedural documentation — the SOG — that Sentinel Ground maps. Attempting to build the spatial layer without the procedural layer produces a tool without a foundation.

Year 1

Reunification Services

16-week engagement. Complete SOG. 27 templates. Staff training. Tabletop exercise. AAR.
