What happens in the planning call?
We discuss your training goal, participants, preferred dates, and delivery location, then identify the session that fits.
Are workbooks and materials included?
Participant workbooks and confidential facilitator guides are optional, additional-cost materials. Travel and any other materials are identified in your proposal.
Does an exercise include a written report?
Training plus exercise includes a facilitated debrief and fix list. A written after-action report is not included unless expressly agreed in the scope of work.
Can our emergency-management partners attend?
Yes. Include your participating agencies in the planning conversation so the exercise reflects the people who need to work together.
Can we discuss procurement before committing?
Yes. Bring your purchasing requirements to the call. We can discuss the applicable purchasing route and confirm it in the proposal.
